Hippie

Hello friends…How are you all…Today I am back with another book that I finished reading just today…

Now I am going to share my experience reading this book with all of you…Here we go…

First let’s talk about the author “Paulo Coelho”…well He is a world famous writer…..He is also the writer of the book ” The Alchemist”, which is sold over 65 million copies and also is a international best seller book…

Today my topic is on the book “Hippie”…this book is on the writers own life as a Hippie and contains the stories of his life at that time…

He was a 23 year old young man and living his life as a Hippie and was travelling to see the world with his partners and also to be a free man although his main target was to find himself in other words to find his soul…

In that time he was a typical hippie guy with his long hair and beard dressed in colourful clothes roaming through South America with his female companion who was older than him..

But the main story starts from Amsterdam where he found the girl named Karla( I should say they both found each other) and from thereon their story starts…

They both went on a bus journey to Nepal costing them 70 dollars (it was Karla’s dream to go to Nepal, and she also paid the price of the bus tickets)…and the story goes on how they found themselves on the land of Istanbul…This book also has some valuable things about Sufism where a nameless old man, who happens to become Paulo’s teacher in Sufism says some really wonderful thing about life, love and Sufism…

Friends this book is based on true stories that occurred in the writers life during his Hippie phase…and I can assure you guys will enjoy this book…So what are you waiting for? Go and read this beautiful book….

That’s all for today…God bless you all…
